Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

  • Our flat rate is $8 for USPS Priority Mail (shipping within the USA) unless we are having a reduced or free shipping special.
  • Priority Mail Express overnight shipping is available for $25. Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. CST for same-day shipping.
  • Shipping and handling includes insurance and tracking for all domestic packages.
  • Postmates is a great option for quick, same day local (Chicago area) delivery and is available for many popular items on our site. Just select Postmates as your shipping option at checkout and they will calculate fees based on your location. Orders will be delivered within four hours of order placement!
  • All orders are shipped in our signature matte black LTJ boxes with silver ribbon. Need a gift message? Put it in your order notes and we will include it.
  • Please note that you may receive your package in a recycled box, as we try to reduce waste by reusing shipping boxes and padding materials as often as possible. 

DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • In stock items will ship within one business day of receiving your order. Orders that need to ship the same day must be  placed by 12 p.m. CST and will ship out the same day if in stock. Please note or contact us if you need an order by a certain date.
  • Jewelry that is not in stock will be handmade to order just for you and sent within two weeks (ten business days) from the date you placed and paid for your order. Larger orders will be shipped within 2-4 weeks. During busy times, such as the holidays, please order early. 

  • Please contact us if you would like to place an expedited or international order, or if you need your jewelry sooner than the estimates above.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or a store credit. See below for details and requirements.

  • In order to receive a full refund, you must request a return authorization within seven calendar days or five business days of receiving your order.
  • Jewelry must be in its original, unworn and undamaged condition to be eligible for return. We cannot accept returns of jewelry received in poor condition.
  • Your return package must be postmarked within seven calendar days after receiving your return authorization. Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or the item needs repairs.
  • Returns requested after more than seven calendar days (or five business days) will be issued a store credit, not including shipping charges.
  • We cannot accept returns requested after 30 days from receipt of item.
  • Sale items are final sales and are not eligible for returns, refunds or credits.
  • Please include a copy of your original receipt with a note as to the reason for the return.
  • Returns must be shipped in a well-padded container and sent using UPS or USPS. Shipping insurance is not required but recommended. LTJ is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.

  • All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable. You may be eligible for a free return shipping label if the return or exchange is do to our error.
