shipping rates

We charge a $12.00 flat rate for shipping and handling, which includes insurance for orders up to $250.00 and tracking for all domestic packages weighing four pounds and under and/or valued under $500.00. Please note that you may receive your package in a recycled box, as we try to reduce waste by reusing shipping boxes and padding materials as often as possible.

Rates for Standard Domestic and International Shipping

USPS Priority or UPS Ground: $12.00
USPS Priority Mail International: $12.00 (includes Mexico and Canada - does not include tracking or insurance)
Free regular shipping for orders over $125.00
Customers with P.O. boxes and military APO or FPO addresses are welcome to place orders and will be charged the flat rate for standard shipping.

Expedited shipping is available, but you must contact us to process additional shipping charges required for those services before shipment is possible. Please refer to the rush orders section for additional information about expedited production fees.

UPS 2nd Day Air: $25.00
UPS Next Day Air: $35.00
USPS Express Mail: $35.00

International express or air mail orders are welcome, but you must contact us for rates and to process additional charges required for those services before shipment is possible.

Remember that laura tanner jewelry is not a factory, and all jewelry is carefully handmade to order just for you! Your order will be completed as promptly as possible.
You will receive your jewelry within 1-3 weeks of payment. Large orders, such as wedding parties, and custom designs will be shipped within 2-4 weeks of payment. During busy holiday times, custom or large orders may take as long as 4-8 weeks to complete, so please order early.
You will receive an email notification when your package has been shipped. Please allow 2-7 business days for transit time within the U.S. once your package has shipped by UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.
You will be notified as soon as possible if any unexpected delays are expected with your order fulfillment due to unforeseen circumstances. During busy holiday times, it is best to order early in order to avoid shipping delays.

All packages are insured, and while we are happy to assist you with order tracking, laura tanner jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage due to the carrier’s negligence.

Sometimes you need your jewelry…yesterday! If you require either your small or large order completed in less than two weeks (including transit time), please contact me to request a rush order authorization. You must receive authorization before placing a rush order. Please include your authorization number in the delivery section when checking out.

If you need to receive your order within one week or less, there is a fee of $10.oo per item in addition to the rush order charges listed above. If expedited shipping is required that charge will be additional to the rush order charges. See the shipping section for details.
