- We have all experienced buyer’s remorse, and I want you to be thrilled with your purchases! Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your jewelry (for any reason), you may return it for a full refund, if you request a return authorization within seven calendar days of receiving it. Jewelry must be in its original, new, unworn, undamaged condition to be eligible for return.
- Your return package must be postmarked within seven calendar days after receiving your return authorization. A copy of your original receipt must be included with your returned item. Please note the reason for return on the receipt.
- Returned items must be in their original condition to receive a full refund. laura tanner jewelry reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that are returned without authorization or in unacceptable condition.
- Returns requested more than seven days after receiving the jewelry will be issued a store credit, not including original or return shipping charges, as long as the jewelry is returned in its original condition.
- Your jewelry will be repaired free of charge if it breaks during normal wear (see care & cleaning for details) within 90 calendar days of receiving it. Please refer to the repairs section for more information.
- Gifts may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Custom or sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.
- All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded. Please pack jewelry in a well-padded container and ship using UPS or USPS. Shipping insurance is not required but recommended. laura tanner jewelry is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.
