Has one of your favorite pairs of LTJ earrings gone missing? Don't worry, we can match your "orphan" earring for half the cost of the original pair.
IMPORTANT: earring replacement service is for laura tanner jewelry earrings only, or similar earring styles made with the same materials and techniques (gemstone beads, drilled pearls, wire wrapping, sterling silver, 14k gold-fill). 14k gold designs using the same technique can often be replaced as well.
We do not offer replacement earrings involving but not limited to, the following materials or techniques: base metals, cabochon stones, undrilled stones, studs, soldering, casting, weaving, crocheting, plastic, costume or vintage.
Contact your local jewelry store or bead shop for other earring replacement or repair services. Or perhaps you might find another pair of earrings in our shop instead. Best of luck!

Email us with the style name, number and description if possible. A high-resolution photograph of the earring is also very helpful.
Authorization and payment for replacement earring(s) and return shipping is required before the order is placed.
We recommend that you mail us the single earring in order to match it as closely as possible.
Replacement earring orders are typically fulfilled will be within two weeks of your order or our receipt the single earring. If you need a rush order, please let us know. Additional charges may apply.
All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Please pack jewelry in a well-padded container and ship using UPS or USPS. Shipping insurance is not required but recommended.
