Personal checks or cash are not accepted for online orders. Postal orders sent with cash or checks will be returned.
You may also place your order by telephone using a credit card Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. U.S. CST. Please have your credit cards, the style name, item numbers and descriptions of your purchases ready when you call. If your call is answered by voice mail, please leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours.
For your security, please do not send your credit card information by email.

Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package is shipped, you will receive a second email notification.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your private account. The benefits of creating an account include viewing your order history, checking on your order status, and not having to keep track of any specifics should you need to return, repair or reorder any items.
You can also check on your order by telephone or email, and you will receive a response within 24 hours Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. U.S. CST.

Illinois residents will be charged 10% sales tax. There is no sales tax for orders shipped to all other U.S. states. International orders are subject to taxes imposed by the destination country, and laura tanner jewelry cannot estimate those charges and is not responsible for including them in our charges.

Customers outside of the United States are welcome to purchase jewelry on this web site. Before placing your order, please contact us about shipping rates for international orders. See above for international tax and customs duty policies. All international orders will be shipped by UPS.
You can change the language of the shopping cart (excluding product descriptions) to French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Dutch, Portuguese or Russian using the menu at the bottom of the left column of the shop.
You can convert your charges from dollars to Euros or British pounds using the currency converter adjacent to the language menu.
Military personnel and their families stationed overseas with APO/FPO addresses are welcome to place online orders and will not be charged sales tax. Orders will be shipped by the USPS Priority Mail at the standard rate.

Group orders of five or more pieces of coordinated wedding party (or other) jewelry in the same style or same gemstone receive a 10% discount. This discount also applies to jewelry for the bride, but only if included in the same order. Before placing your order, please contact Laura to receive your group discount authorization code.
Please allow four to six weeks for large group orders to be completed. If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact us about placing a rush order. Rush order charges depend on the amount of jewelry ordered and how fast you need it. See shipping for more information. Expedited shipping charges are additional to rush order charges.
